AUDIO SOUND BITE: Grellner Predicts Pot Legalization Effort Failure in 2014

The state’s highest profile marijuana legalization group is thinking about a referendum effort to change our laws that deal with the drug. Show Me Cannabis Regulation says it’s doing polling on the issue now.

Sergeant Jason Grellner from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department is leading the opposition to that idea. Despite recent news reports that say support nationwide for marijuana legalization is now over 50-percent, Grellner believes the legalization activists will fall short, just like they did in 2012.
