St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch doesn’t think so. His office handled the case that resulted in Missouri’s most recent execution.

McCulloch was recently on “Missouri Viewpoints.” Herbert Smulls was the most recent inmate to be put to death. That was in connection with a 1991 robbery-murder in Chesterfield.
