After Missouri’s most recent execution, the third since November, opponents of capital punishment are calling for an end to its use. Kay Parish is with Missourians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty and she was recently a guest on “Missouri Viewpoints.”

Herbert Smulls was the latest inmate to die in the state’s death chamber. He was convicted of a brutal 1991 robbery-murder in St. Louis County.
