That’s the answer state Republicans have to one of Governor Nixon’s complaints about their tax reform plan he vetoed this year. The bill increases taxes on prescription medicines while phasing in an income tax cut over several years.

Both sides agree that was included in the bill in error and Republicans want to override the veto with the promise of fixing the prescription sales tax increase next January.

Democratic State Senator Scoff Sifton doesn’t like that idea.
